Laura Keily (BSc, LLB (Hons) is a law firm partner and a corporate and commercial law specialist. Her career spans 25 years in law and business. Laura has a decade of experience as a commercial barrister and an additional 15 years as a M&A lawyer. She is both a litigator and corporations and securities law specialist advocate, with the depth of technical expertise to advise on financial services; technology; commercial contracting; partnerships and joint ventures; building and construction; competition and consumer law. She is also an experienced General Counsel. Laura focuses on resolving and, if necessary, conducting complex commercial and business litigation.
