Julia practices as a property lawyer, acting on behalf of clients in relation to a range of property transactions. Julia's work includes residential and commercial acquisitions, disposals, property development, subdivisions, mortgages, complex Duties Act compliance requirements and leasing matters. She has extensive experience in residential and mixed use off the plan developments, assisting clients from the initial acquisition through to sales, subdivision and settlement together with any ancillary commercial issues which may arise such as stamp duty and land tax. Julia brings a positive and enthusiastic approach to her work and prides herself on providing all clients with an excellent level of service.
